What The Bullet Hell?

Originally made for the Bullet Hell Jam with the theme "Consequences"

'What The Bullet Hell?' is a bullet hell where the enemies level up with you.

You start off weak but as you kill more enemies and level up, you get more powerful. However when you upgrade something, the enemies do too. When you max out 3 skills you fight a boss that has attacks that correlate to what you chose.

There are many different ways to play. If you die one time, you can pick something else the next time. If the game is to easy, pick something else to make it more challenging.
